  • Role: Secure financial backing and partnerships for events or projects.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Identify potential sponsors and partners that align with the event’s objectives.
    • Develop sponsorship proposals and packages tailored to different companies.
    • Build and maintain relationships with sponsors through ongoing communication and engagement.
    • Negotiate sponsorship agreements, including financial contributions and benefits for sponsors (e.g., branding, speaking opportunities).
    • Ensure sponsor deliverables are met during the event, such as logo placements, mentions, and other agreed benefits.
    • Post-event reporting and feedback to sponsors regarding their ROI.
Data Generation
  • Role: Collect, manage, and analyze data to support marketing, sales, and decision-making efforts.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Gather and maintain accurate databases, including contact details of potential attendees, sponsors, and partners.
    • Conduct market research to identify target audiences and opportunities.

    • Ensure all visuals are consistent with the organization’s branding and event theme.
    • Create social media graphics, email templates, and other marketing materials.
